The Nest is conveniently located right next to the I-95 at 540 NW 165th Street Unit 301 in North Miami Beach (Exit 12). Our space is designed with you and your little ones in mind, and we can’t wait to share all of the wonderful enrichment programs and resources we offer for families with children ages 0-3. Program Schedule
Rock’n Robins (classic playgroup)
Get ready for a fun-filled, adventure packed journey designed to ignite your little one’s imagination and spark those creative minds!
Each class starts with 20 minutes of open play. Then we gather for a dynamic blend of 40 minutes of exciting, instructor-led activities—dance, music, puppets, and sensory exploration. Every moment is designed to stimulate your little one’s senses and inspire their curiosity, all while deepening the special connection between you two.
Tuesdays: 9:30-10:30 am (ages 0-18 months) | Ms. Shera

Just Hatched
Welcome, new moms! Your little ones are brand new, and we know how important it is to find your village as you navigate this exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) new chapter. While you join in casual, guided conversations, your baby can enjoy a safe, soft-matted area with developmentally appropriate toys, designed for their growth and exploration. It’s the perfect environment for building meaningful friendships and sharing your experiences with others who truly understand what you're going through.

Sensory Explorers
Get ready for a hands-on, engaging playgroup designed to spark curiosity and support early childhood development! Our Sensory Explorers class is a multi-sensory experience where little ones can squish, pour, mix, and create while strengthening essential skills.
Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who love to explore and get a little messy!
Wednesdays: 3:00-4:00pm | Ages 16 months-4 years) | Spring Session Dates: 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23

Explore and enjoy our play-space and sensory studio with your little one! Sign-up is mandatory to ensure a safe and enjoyable play space with your little one.

Lactation Clinic with The Mama Coach Ms. Ashli
Breastfeeding can often be more challenging than we expect. Between navigating the flood of advice and trying to connect with and feed your little one, it can feel overwhelming at times. That’s where The Mama Coach, Ms. Ashli, comes in!
Ms. Ashli is a Registered Nurse with a background in NICU care, specializing in evidence-informed feeding and sleep support. She offers one-on-one lactation sessions tailored specifically to you, your baby, and your body. Whether you're struggling with breastfeeding, transitioning to a bottle, or seeking a personalized feeding plan for your family, Ms. Ashli will work with you to create a customized approach that suits your unique needs.
Sign up for a one-on-one session to receive compassionate, respectful advice, expert guidance, and practical tactics to help you navigate the feeding journey. With years of specialized experience in newborn care, Ms. Ashli is here to support you every step of the way—ensuring that feeding becomes a positive and nurturing experience for both you and your baby.

Zumbini
Zumbini combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can't-sop won't-stop bonding and fun. Tap your toes, sing-along and get lost in the only program to combine early-childhood development with the magical joy of Zumba® Fitness.
This class will be offered the final Fridays of each month.
